Hi, I’m Leslie Maclure
A little about who I am, how I got here, and what drives the way I work.
I grew up competing, and that mindset never left me.
I rowed Division 1 at Oregon State, served as team captain, and went on to earn my Master's in Sport Management at UConn, where I coached collegiate rowing and researched how habits and behavior change actually stick. That path led me through operations and sales before I landed in marketing, where behavior change is the ultimate goal.
I make decisions, move quickly, and have impact.
I do my best work in fast-paced environments where I'm trusted with real ownership, the room to make decisions, move quickly, and see the direct impact of what I build. That said, I thrive in team settings. Some of the proudest moments in my career have come from building something with a team, bouncing ideas around, pushing each other to do better work, and celebrating the wins together.
I invest in my training, physically, mentally, emotionally.
I continue to practice an athlete mindset. I know growth happens fastest outside my comfort zone so I put myself in challenging situations, ask hard questions, and embrace conflict. Exercise and physical activity unlocks my creative brain, meditation helps me prioritize, and introspection pushes me to constantly evolve.
I also like cooking, hiking, mowing the lawn, and playing with my goats.
